What are the instructions for making a return?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase YOU CAN RETURN IT WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of purchase. Returns are only accepted in exchange for a refund..
- Returned garments will be sent in a single shipment and must be in their original conditions of sale, with their label and protective bag. We advise you to send your products properly protected in a plastic bag or any other type of resistant wrapping, if you prefer you can reuse our compostable bags, they are designed for that!
- Don't forget to include the return form. If you have lost it, you can download it here.
- Wrap the package with resistant materials, to avoid damage and loss of the returned garments. You can reuse the package we have used to send you, it is designed for that!
- Remember to generate the return label. Whenever you deliver the package, make sure that the transport company or courier service gives you the tracking of your return, so you will know where your package is at all times.
- The refund of your return will be made in the same method in which the purchase was made (card or Paypal).
Can I change the size, color or reference of my order online?
We do not make exchanges because we can not guarantee the stock of all our products, therefore you must make a return and if you require a new size, reference or product you can generate a new order. How can I return an online purchase made in mainland Spain or Balearic Islands?
You can return for free in our store in Madrid, Calle Fernando VI, 8 CP 28004 Madrid, Spain. Remember that, being an online purchase, if you return in store the return is not immediate, that is, we will pick up the garments, but the amount will not be refunded in the store, but through the corresponding online platforms within up to 7 working days.
- If you live in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, you can return free of charge through SEUR pickup points. We only offer one free return per order using this service, Compañía Fantástica reserves the right to charge 3,99€ for the value of the shipment which will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

How can I return an online purchase sent outside Spain?
In the case of return from any other part of the world, you must manage the shipment directly through the courier service of your choice and send the products to the following address:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer free returns abroad and therefore you will have to bear the cost of return. In the event that the receipt of the return is subject to additional fees and taxes, the cost will be subtracted from the total amount of the return..
How can I know the status of my return?
Remember that when you generate your return label, the tracking number is indicated on the receipt so that you can check the status of your return at any time. As soon as it is delivered to the pickup, picked up by the carrier and delivered to our warehouse, SEUR notifies you of each of these movements via email or sms, as you have chosen when generating the label.
How and when will I receive my refund?
We will send you an mail to confirm receipt of your return. Your refund will always be made through the same method in which the purchase was made. It may take up to 10 days to see it reflected in your account depending on your payment provider.
How does the use of a discount coupon affect my return?
In the event that you have used a promotional code in your order and want to return one or more items, Compañía Fantástica reserves the right to charge you the original price of the item or items you wish to keep if, with the return, the value of your order is less than the minimum value of the promotion. Can I modify or cancel an order?
Unfortunately we are unable to modify an order once payment has been completed, this includes changing the size/color of an item, removing or adding an item, changing the shipping address or payment method. You can request to cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it, canceling allows us to refund your order in full at the same time of your request. The refund usually takes between 1 and 10 additional business days to be available in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order could not be cancelled, it is because it has already left our warehouse, but you will be able to return it or exercise your right of withdrawal. In order to do so, you must contact our Customer Service team via email at eshop@ciafantastica.com or the live chat.
